Established in 2012 by Owner Eddie Hantas, Hummus Xpress has grown from a beloved local Mediterranean restaurant to a full-service culinary enterprise serving the Valley.
In 2017, we expanded our reach by launching our food truck, bringing our authentic Mediterranean flavors to festivals, corporate events, and neighborhoods across Arizona.
