Hummus Xpress set off a flavor bomb that shook up the fast-casual
scene in Phoenix, bringing a fresh, new perspective, and a higher standard
to what healthy eating can and should be.
Since it’s inception in 2012 Hummus Xpress has been featured in many

Restaurant 2013 from the Phoenix New Times. It also maintains a 4 1/2
